Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we'll notify you using the email provided with your order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, size, destination, and the shipping method selected.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed, not when it is placed.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Kasugai Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Weather
Carrier delays
Natural disasters
Incorrect shipping addresses
Other circumstances outside of our control

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

Kasugai Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at aimicreativeconcepts@gmail.com. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, Kasugai Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package appears to be missing, we recommend:

Checking around your delivery location.
Asking neighbors or other household members if they accepted the package.
Contacting the shipping carrier for additional delivery information or to file a claim.
