When do you ship orders?

Orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Please note that some items are made to order, so if you place an order on a shipping day, it will go out on the next scheduled shipping date.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and are based on standard USPS transit times. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow along.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the US only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Are the bookmarks waterproof and durable?

Yes! Our bookmarks are made from premium clear acrylic with waterproof artwork, so they're built to hold up through many reads.

Do you offer custom orders?

Custom orders are available for notecards that include a personalization option. Look for the personalization box on the product page to add your custom details.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Is my order gift-wrapped?

We put care into every package, but orders are not gift-wrapped. They do arrive neatly packaged and ready to give!
