Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and unopened
• Be in the same condition you received it
• Be in its original packaging
• Include any tags (if applicable)
• Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Items that have been opened, used, assembled, altered, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for a return.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the item, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, Kasugai Studio will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at aimicreativeconcepts@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review your request and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Digital downloads
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your eligible item for a refund (once approved) and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify for a refund, the item must still be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If the returned item does not meet our return eligibility requirements, the refund may be denied and the item may be returned to you at your expense.
